The management was always little shaken. They would make you a "fitness manager"which made it sound like you were getting paid more, but in reality you were getting paid based on how much you sold. It was just a glorified car salesman.

I enjoyed working at In-Shape. At the time they were only offering Part time so it just was not enough to get by in today's society. The management was absolutely amazing!!
