I have worked with Incendia Partners for many years. They maintain a large pool of candidates and take the time to learn specific positions needs, both technical and soft skills, to filter candidates appropriately. If a particular talent is in short supply, they are honest with you but diligent in working their network to find good candidates. The team is very personable and professional and represent their clients well. Overall, it's a great place to work.

Employees at Incendia take the time to thoroughly listen to their clients, and candidates. Ethics and morals are important to all the employees at Incendia. One of the prerequisites to be hired at incendia starts with the person, the way their conduct themselves, and the ethics they carry in business. Incendia takes the time to understand a clients job requirement, and invests the same time with the candidate to make sure their career objectives are met.
Management is approachable, experienced and well-mannered. They are teachers and coaches, not 'managers. They are always available and provide valuable insight in regards to client and recruiting challenges. They are happy to join in on client calls, assist with agreements, etc.
Culture is very team oriented. While agency recruiting can be very independent in nature, Incendia is great about sharing their database of candidates and clients with its employees. They work hard and make placements - but at the same time the vibe is very relaxed.
Commuting is not an issue. I come in after traffic and leave before traffic starts. If I want to work from home, I have that option as well.
