The culture there was toxic

Most of the long time employees are not willing to train or help you out. They were also very protective of being the only ones who worked on their equipment.

Zero Integrity, Zero Loyalty

Management at this company had gone down hill severely over the past few years. They sack people on a whim. Numerous coworkers have been shown the door with ZERO warning or notice, even if they've been with the company for decades.Very deceitful AD, VP. AD does nothing to improve moral or train people, known for scapegoating and setting people up for failure.The programmers and artists are expected to have an unreasonable skill set and then accept at "salary" that will never break 50K a year.

Looks good from afar

Once you are here everything is a trap. Bad managers that only manage up . Here your training can be cut drastically short and then you will be penalized for not having the knowledge base you should. This company has very high turn over. I would not recommend this. company to anyone . It is cut throat with very little job security. Salaried employees are treated like hourly employees. Every minute is watched and employees actually have mirrors hanging to know who is behind them because someone will stand over your shoulder and not announce themselves. If that isn't stress then I don't know what is .
