Our global policy is Open PTO (also known as unlimited vacation, holiday, or annual leave). This means that there's no limit on the amount of time that you take off from work, as long as your business objectives are being met, and it's approved by your manager.

Yes. As of right now, Indeed offers $450 in monthly Lyft credit that can be used when you are going to or from an Indeed office. Additionally, there is a service called Chariot (large passenger van) that picks up/drops off between at a few strategic places around Austin. There is also a shuttle that travels between two Austin office locations every 30 minutes.

Most of our openings involve working inside one of our global offices, but we do offer some roles (usually sales, marketing or regional account focused) where telecommuting is available, full or part-time. You can filter our remote roles on https://www.indeed.jobs.
