Good pay. Management has absolutely no idea what they're doing. Ignorant.
Shop management is completely oblivious on how to run a parts department. Talks down to they're employees. Tell you one thing then tells you another. Company should look into the amount of employees that leave or quit.

i seen worse
i would say its your normal day at work, i don't have a lot of good or bad to say about the company, some people can move up in the company, however, those jobs are giving to friends, the co workers are ok, they stand behind each other for the most part, the hardest part of the day was figuring out if (that day) you needed to wear a hard hat or vest in the yard, safety was a concern depending on management's mood that day, company made you buy ALL your tools, which a under paid tech in the shop buying a thousand dollar 1 inch impact gun was a hard task, when i say all tools that means ALL TOOLS jacks, anything, the most enjoyable part of the day was that sound when you punched out.
Pros
newer equipment, bran new shop, Great upper management
Cons
lower management (great mechanic), terrible boss

different and unique
Work in the trailer doing time, machine hours and setting up materials coming on site. Learned how to work construction software, check machine hours and fuel consumption. Management and co-workers were fine to work with. Hardest part of the job was to keep track of scrap trucks leaving site and putting information into excel. The most enjoyable part of the job was the laid back atmosphere in the trailer and the hectic environment on the demo site.
Pros
Laid back atmosphere
Cons
no benefits
