Dialysis Technician/Nurse (Former Employee) –  MarylandOctober 29, 2017
This company was okay to work with but as I progress in my career goals it became very difficult. I use this company to help me advance in my career simply because this company was one sided.

Front Desk Receptionist (Current Employee) –  Baltimore, MDOctober 1, 2017
My position required little knoledge and just a human heart. I worked hard for the first half hour to an hour then had nothing to do for 3+ hours, it was simple and relaxing, I could read a book or get homework done.

a decent place to work.
RN (Former Employee) –  MarylandMay 6, 2015
Good management and some caring patients however some were also very demanding and ungrateful. Some nice employees however some employees who were lazy and judgemental. Overall, not the worst job I've ever had but also not the best mostly due to the co-workers and how they would talk bad about eachother behind eachothers backs (a negative enviroment), and how many would sit on their butts surfing the web while others were busy on their feet taking care of patients (lazy). A very good and caring manager however.
Pros
Management, Salary, Getting off at 430.
Cons
In-mature and lazy co-workers.

Charge Nurse (Current Employee) –  Baltimore, MDJanuary 28, 2013
I really enjoy working for IDF. The staff are treated fairly and compensated accordingly. The company is not stingy and is focused on patient care. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that the staff enjoy what they do and the patients are satisfied.
Pros
nurses are appreciated.
Cons
do not like being on call at the hospital.
