Independent Contractor (Former Employee) - Las Vegas, NV - November 18, 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedWhat is the best part of working at the company? I love to drive and the keeps you driving that's for sure What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Not being paid probably is stressful to most people. Not given pay for the miles you travel. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? You are mostly alone so don't come in contact with others. If you have done your job well no one calls you or email. If have not done your correctly then you are contacted about the photos you've taken or something else. What is a typical day like for you at the company? First you go into to your email check any assignments and if you want the assignments you see, you would accept the assignment or not. If you have chosen to take the assignment then you would print the letters to all persons you will drive to home some are in your city, but most are outside of your city. Then post letters on their doors or if they come to the door then you would hand the letter to them and notify them that they are in default of their loan.. go back into your app and let the lender know that they have been notified and drive to the next house.

Overall it’s a decent job
Independent Contractor (Former Employee) - Illinois and missouri - June 23, 2022
They are reasonable with negotiating compensation as long as the communication is clear. They are strict with the requirements and guidelines to be followed so if you don’t follow direction well this isn’t the job for you. Work isn’t very consistent one week you may not work at all the next week they may be asking you to travel in three different directions.

Not worth the time
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Las Vegas, NV - March 29, 2022
When I did this job I was using a hybrid that gets 40 miles to the gallon. The only way it was worth it is if there was enough envelopes to deliver in order to make a $150 in 4 to 6 hours. There were times when they wanted me to spend an 8 hour day delivering envelopes around the state of Michigan for a $100. With gas prices the way they are today this is definitely not going to be worth any one's time. They will send you a great big long formula to justify their pay schedule. But the bottom line is if you're running a business you're not making money working for a $100 a day driving all day. There was also an instance when someone supposedly complained about my visit. There was absolutely nothing wrong with anything I did in that visit. They asked me to explain what happened and I gave them a word-for-word breakdown of the of the conversation that we had. They continued to ask me to explain myself myself over and over and over. They eventually quit sending me envelopes.
Pros
Set you own schedule
Cons
Not enough money

Great flexible part time work.
Field Representative (Current Employee) - Rockford, IL - June 6, 2021
Great flexibility for someone who wants part time work to be able to fit it into their schedule. Remote management is responsive and easy to deal with. The app you run on your smartphone has always worked well for me. Assigned work will vary from week to week. Each month will usually have one heavy week and one light week. The other two weeks will be somewhat between the that. I cover an area of approximately three counties, but most assigned jobs are under 20 miles from home.

Completely remote. Easy work.
Field Representative (self-employed contractor) (Current Employee) - Las Vegas, NV - January 28, 2020
Steady load of assignments with friendly, helpful and responsive management. Assignments come in bunches so its necessary to be able to dedicate 3-6 10 hour days a month for my area.

Great experience building
NCCI Field Representative Courier (Current Employee) - Las Vegas, NV - July 17, 2019
You learn a lot about the business, and you develop skills that help increase your income, and these skills can be used in many other jobs dealing with people with regards to personal matters. You feel good about helping people on your job. You learn about Good Financial practices. You can call the office to ask questions whenever you have problems during normal working hours. The managers are open, sympathetic and understanding. I didn't expect that from this kind of job and I'm happy how this job worked out.
