Really good culture and leadership structure
I have loved working here. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. The work is engaging and fun, and feels plenty purposeful. The leadership structure here is awesome and really creates an environment where the higher up you are in the company, the more your job involves helping others. The growth at the company helps me feel like I can grow personally and career wise. And the cherry on top is the very generous benefits structure.

The place is good you seem to evolve as an person. Lot of fun things apart from work. Salary structure need to be evolved while some benefits need to be taken care of

Great Work/Life Balance
Index has a fantastic management team and company culture which enables clear and honest feedback. Everyone's voice is heard. Index produces virtually all software custom made to meet the requirements of private contracts instead of producing a public product line. The vast majority of coding is not overly difficult for employees with a Bachelors in Computer Science. The company is expanding in order to handle more contracts and there should be a significant number of management positions opening soon. Definitely an enjoyable experience.

Highly motivated environment & a fantastic work culture
At Index AR Solutions, I have found the work environment to be incredibly motivating and the people of the company are truly something special. Each individual brings to the table a mindset of continual improvement; not only in the sense of always striving to develop state-of-the-art applications for our clients, but also an attitude that we can always be better as individuals and workers. This mindset not only leads to a healthy appreciation of the work/life balance, but also fuels motivation to work hard and do the best we can to deliver a high quality product while meeting time constraints. The management team at Index is always open and transparent to the rest of the company and are always there to challenge and encourage their workforce to be the best that they can be. They are there to help you and they make that clear from Day 1. As soon as I started, I hit the ground running and felt like I played an integral part of the team. I know that each member at Index cares about me and I truly care about them. It's a blast coming here to work every day and I love that I can call it my job. Would recommend to anyone!

Stressful work environment
Great benefits including 4 weeks PTO, health and dental insurance. No direction on projects, changing ideas for projects constantly. Procrastination on projects constantly leading to 7 week sprints. Programming requirements were below expectations, neither challenging or mentally stimulating, yet no room for advancement. Constantly working 50+ hour weeks with no overtime or acknowledgement.
