PTO is used for this. Vacation time and sick time ard the same at this company. Truly not enough time. You also have to use pto for holidays as well.

Some of the PCA's that you work with have been there for years and do not like new people coming in and upsetting what they consider their routine. Nurses are really helpful when you ask them for help when you would get over tasked.

If you are in a support role and hourly, you get 23 days per year for the first five years. However, you also have to use this for sick time as well as your holidays. They do not pay for holidays. If you want it off paid, you have to use vacation time. Terrible but true.
