This is strictly a student position; you have to leave upon graduation. As for a reason for leaving IU, it is a public university. Funds are limited, so full-time positions here are paid less than their industry counterparts.

Well Ben's is becoming much more popular and seen all over the place now. I think they will continue to grow as just a well known stand or corner restaurant in malls and supermarkets and such.
