Revolving door in Customer Service Department
Customer Credit Representative (Former Employee) – Indianapolis, IN – November 21, 2017
Wages are above average, however, most people work well into their 60's which leaves very little, to no advancement opportunities. You almost have to stay in your position for nearly 5 to 10 years to move around. Customer service department opens up for part-time employment 2 to 3 times per year. Half of new class hires nearly always quits. The work is stressful. Management is only concerned with their own personal development and advancement. It also takes a year or better to gain full time status. Micromanagement is the standard. Part-time schedule affords you to work 2 full weeks and 1 day every other week. During the last month of the year, you may work 1 or 2 days. Proceed with caution.
People are nice and wages are excellent if you can move in to those positions
Slow advancement and healthcare is expensive
