Great place to work. I never feel bored and the day flies by. I feel like all of my skills are being utilized and I am being challenged. We work hard but have fun and they give us enough time off to enjoy family life. They are doing so many things right and when they find out something isn't, they acknowledge it and try to correct. Full transparency.

Management does not hold direct reports accountable for not doing their jobs, which is frustrating because the same individuals continue to fail at their job. Significant lack of Ag Knowledge internally and the lack of individuals who are driven to learn on their own. If you like meetings- this is the place for you because somedays are meetings back to back. Cater free lunch but if not you would miss your meeting.

A major red flag about this place is employees don't have phone at their desks. They say its because they want to encourage more direct contact between employees but what about if someone from the outside needs to contact the company. It's not fair to ask employees to use their cell phones for business calls. They area I was in barely had any structure. They knew I was coming for over a week and none of my access had been set up and I had request all of it myself and it was over 3 weeks before I finally got access to everything I needed. During my training I would get to work at 8 but the people training to not get to work till after 10 on some days. While I was waiting to get access I was given a busy work assignment to work on. Once my access was finally set up the problem was only one person could be in system at one time to actually enter the data. When I asked my manager he said the two of you work it out amongst yourselves. On the days when I was the only person there to enter the data I soon noticed the work was barely enough to keep one person let alone two or three. It became clear the reason other people were taking longer because they would often come in later and leave early as well. My last two weeks there was hardly anything for me to do. My manager waited till the very end of the day on my last day I was getting ready to leave when he told me my services were no longer needed

Indigo has an amazing culture! The team is highly driven and very innovative and collaborative. It is amazing to see ideas turn into functioning processes at such a fast pace. Indigo utilizes technology in its best ways, but ensures to deliver undeniable customer focus to its internal and external stakeholders.

I recently joined the Indigo team and I've found that the culture and mission runs deep here. Employees are enthusiastic and driven by Indigo's purpose and the core values are not simply lip service - they're the foundation of how the business is run. The pace is fast, the bar is high, and the learning / job satisfaction is unbeatable. For employees that are resilient, solution-focused, and growth-oriented the career opportunities are vast. I haven't regretted joining this company for a minute and I'm looking forward to the fast-paced growth trajectory ahead!
