This would be a great place to work for someone who likes sales. The perks for exceeding expectations are great but sales coordinator and sales assistant roles are combined in this office. Each member of the team is expected to help each other, but are also expected to garner their own clients. It's very independent work and results based.

I have worked here almost 8 years! Love it. Short commute from Burtonsville, opportunities to advance, very supportive of each other across departments and fun, team building activities!!

Horrible Management

The management here is so bad, that they manage to turn completely normal and easy tasks into nightmares. The compensation is much lower than they tell you. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company. The turnover is insane, and most people are gone within 4-8 months.
