Applied by sending my resume directly to recruiter and was contacted immediately. Received description of position including pay, hours, location. Asked questions like what are your long term goals, what are you looking for in a position, and experience. I was asked to submit 5 references and complete application. Scheduled onsite interview within a day. In person interview included tour and questions such as how would you motivate patient for therapy, what is your favorite experience as a therapist. Very relaxed and friendly and asked questions about my needs. Recieved job offer within a day.

I was hired on as a full time employee with the promise of 32-40 hrs per week but then I was force to go PRN and travel from building to building because they don’t have enough hours. And then I ended up losing my insurance coverage for myself and family because I was not able to make enough money per month to cover the basic expense of their insurance. I left a full time job to go to this job and I wished I had not made that choice, I feel like I was lied to in order to get me to hire on with this company.

As a director you will be able to get 30-40 paid hrs in a week. As a staff therapist it just varies based upon census. If your building is low, you *may* be able to go to a different building to get the number of hours you would like to work for that week but there is no guaranteed hours. If you don’t mind the drive you most likely will be able to get the hours in that you want for the week. Mileage is reimbursed 30 mins/30 miles unless you are going to your home base site location. Then you don’t get paid for the drive/time unless these terms were negotiated at hire on.

- Not enough hours
- ARD is extremely catty, employees don’t trust her.
- Lack of job flexibility
- Not able to take time off when wanted
- No flexibility when it comes to family needs (i.e. sick kids, employee with severe cold, family needs, etc.)
- I have never worked for a company so focused on PRODUCTIVITY in my whole life
