they were responsive and attenuative to the things i ask them. I think the pay is fair and there is always work to be done. It is absolutely a job you must pay attention to

The company is really misleading about bonuses and ability to move up in the company. I would not recommend working here more than a few weeks or months. You are only eligible for promotions after six months of taking calls and even then there’s no guarantee for career growth. The pay is poor for the stress that you have to deal with. They use a poorly optimized virtual workspace that has a myriad of technical issues, if any technical issues arise you are forced to clock out and work on the issues on your own times without pay.

Navigation on some screens and cloud storage for inputting customers info is slow or freeze. Hard to hear them sometimes due to the system at the time. Need more Inbound calls for first time on phones for a week or two before going rogue. But not bad to work for.

Interview Questions

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Shared on April 10, 2019

Interview was fairly thorough. Why would you be a good candidate, can you handle rejection, are you good with a computer, can you handle a fast-paced stressful environment? Any previous telemarketing experience earns you a $2 differential. Expect to be there for at least 2 hours for interview. Bring your cell phone. The earlier you show up, the sooner you will be interviewed. Go at least 20 mins early. - New Castle PA
