Infosys An Excellent Employer
Technical Support (Current Employee) –  Providence, RIMarch 18, 2019
First I'm a contractor assigned to Infosys in Providence When I started the office was still under construction and all network and desktop devices were stored in basement. When construction was completing we installed the infrastructure (servers, routers switches) on the network. This was pretty hectic as although construction was nearing end there were many construction folks about and the area was very noisy. Infosys knows exactly what they are doing when opening a new office and are always helpful and supportive.

Infosys is a very good company for anybody to start working. It provides strong foundation for starters, however, as we grow in the carrier, options diminish in terms of carrier advancement.

You get time to learn new things on your own. Spend productively and grow your career. Don't be laid back with just the tasks you have to complete. Socialize with people of different culture. Pressure is always on you to perform better compared to your peers.

Warranty Program Manager (Current Employee) –  Peoria, ILMarch 11, 2019
Heavy work loads require 10+ hours per day. Hard to balance work and life. Communication with offshore employees in India are extremely difficult due to language and differences in work ethics. Working remotely is a plus.

Specialist, Global Immigration (Former Employee) –  INMarch 9, 2019
,It's like a community job.if one manager/ person holds a position in Infosys from one community like malyali, kanada, Tamilian that person will ensure that they will create a separate big group from same community and ensure that all folks holds valuable designation. They will not allow outsiders or other from a team to groom irrespective of that employee having best experience in Industry
Pros
I don't remember any in my 8 years of career
Cons
Low salary, long working hour of 9.15 (mandatory), mis management, poor HR employee relations, biased based on language preference and community employee belong

Good company to start your career and learn through your growth
Technical Test Lead (Current Employee) –  Collin County, TXMarch 6, 2019
Opportunities to learn are great, but not the same for working. One can expect frictions with management at various stages. Salary is probably not on par when you are with the company and very difficult to get hikes. However, excellent if you join lateral.

Simply trying to exploit their employees from every aspect. Freshers have no choice to select their career and people who spent a lot of time in company do not understand that they have been captured in a well.

Senior Analyst/Programmer (Current Employee) –  Plano, TXMarch 4, 2019
Incompetent Management, they will tell you anything to keep you on contract. There is no career advancement while on contract and when off contract you had better be willing to move anywhere otherwise you're fired!
