I wouldn't recommend working for this company unless you wanted to use it as a stepping stone to something better. They don't pay well compared to other companies and their benefits are average at best. The management is a group of egotistical, selfish over-paid good'ole boys, yet there are a couple good in the bunch. Their staff is average at best. Most of their contracts are in undesirable locations, hence the low pay and mediocre employees. I hope the best for the company, but I give them 5 years before they go bankrupt and get bought out.
Chaotic, disorganized, penny-wise and dollar foolish.

Management is condescending and smug. They don't respect their employees, so employees don't respect them. The performance appraisal process is a joke - totally subjective. Management procrastinates even the most critical repair work. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone for any position with this company. It has been a complete smear to my career.

Inframark is one of the most dishonest and unethical companies I have ever worked for. The manager is the worst I've ever worked for. The morale is terrible. I would NOT work for them for any reason at all!
It has been great working for Inframark. Learned a lot of skills and more about data entry with excel, word and power point. Has been a good journey but I am looking for a stay at home job to be with my daughter.

Poor place to work office personal make you clean up there mess in there area while they sit a do nothing. management do not care about workers HR is a joke they don't train you on polices and if you do it wrong is always workers fault

Inframark common sense approach to water infrastructure and excellent communication are fantastic. I am am an operator that has been with other companies in this industry and have been left with a bad taste in my mouth. Inframark is bring something new to the trade and it's quite refreshing.
