Wastewater Treatment Operator (Current Employee) – Central Region – March 9, 2018
I wouldn't recommend working for this company unless you wanted to use it as a stepping stone to something better. They don't pay well compared to other companies and their benefits are average at best. The management is a group of egotistical, selfish over-paid good'ole boys, yet there are a couple good in the bunch. Their staff is average at best. Most of their contracts are in undesirable locations, hence the low pay and mediocre employees. I hope the best for the company, but I give them 5 years before they go bankrupt and get bought out.
Chaotic, disorganized, penny-wise and dollar foolish.
Manager (Current Employee) – new england – September 27, 2018
Management is condescending and smug. They don't respect their employees, so employees don't respect them. The performance appraisal process is a joke - totally subjective. Management procrastinates even the most critical repair work. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone for any position with this company. It has been a complete smear to my career.
It's a pay check
Poor Morale. Feel Unappreciated and looked down upon. Incompetent Management.
and enjoyed the work. It was a nice change from working indoors the passed 11 years. A typical day included checking 4 aquatic facilities including a fountain, 3 large scale pools and 2 splash pads. The hardest part of the job was getting work done in the raining (which there is a lot of in Houston) or freezing weather (which there is very little of -- luckily). The most enjoyable part was getting to work outside, and without micromanagement.
Operator (Former Employee) – Mathis, TX – January 14, 2019
Management is a joke in this company. You have to suck up (sometimes literaly) if you want to succeed at this location. Managment will work you to the bone and let others with more seniority have days off before you. This is strictly a night job, don't think about seeing the sun again.
Inframark is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for
Operator (Former Employee) – La Vergne, TN – September 18, 2018
Inframark is one of the most dishonest and unethical companies I have ever worked for. The manager is the worst I've ever worked for. The morale is terrible. I would NOT work for them for any reason at all!
It has been great working for Inframark. Learned a lot of skills and more about data entry with excel, word and power point. Has been a good journey but I am looking for a stay at home job to be with my daughter.

Inframark common sense approach to water infrastructure and excellent communication are fantastic. I am am an operator that has been with other companies in this industry and have been left with a bad taste in my mouth. Inframark is bring something new to the trade and it's quite refreshing.
Free lunch once a month. Paid time off! Flexible schedules. Room for growth!!!
Field Operations Supervisor (Current Employee) – Hialeah, FL – March 17, 2018
The hardest part of the job is dealing with the daily organizational challenges. The most enjoyable part of the job is been motivated to use a lot of quick thinking and problem solving abilities everyday.
Company makes easily acsesible paid training to the employees
Meter Reader (Former Employee) – Austin, TX – February 27, 2018
You get over worked and under payed, some employees know more than management, and the communication is really poor, Will be on call, Will be expected to take on more task and they don't take NO as an answer
