Machine Operator (Current Employee) – Waynesboro, GA – March 6, 2017
So far constant schedule changing, limited family time, weekly rotating shifts 1st,2nd,3rd currently hours vary depending on department, "raise" or pay for progression, first ONLY after a year minium and only if qualified (regardless of qualifying date) subject to be held in department after year and qualification impeding further pay for progression or "raise" and a minium of year in New department.
Benefits are good Bi weekly pay is terrible
Work schedule, pay schedule, lack of qualified trainers
