Fun people to work with not enough pay. Working in the fleet you will always do work 12 hours of tow work non stop for 40-45k a year other than that it’s a great company

I only left to pursue other personal goals, but if I needed to come back to this line of work again I wouldn't complain. Its a very hard life if youre married or have children however.

Great experience for young devoted people. I've enjoyed my time off and I've enjoyed my time working. This is a good career choice for some but truthfully not for all.

It’s what you make of it. Being away from family sucks. Really depends on your captain and crew on how much you enjoy working here. I suggest not getting out on a turn boat. If possible request to get on line haul

Ingram offers competitive pay to inexperienced associates, all training is provided for free while on the job. The Company promotes from within and offers many high paying positions, again, training provided. Once you get experience and grow with the company many opportunities will exist for you to advance to a very nice rewarding career...The only downside is you most likely will have to spend time out on their boats 28 consecutive days at a time, but you will earn 28 consecutive days off. Very good opportunity.
