Cloud Sales Specialist - Strategic Accounts (Current Employee) – Buffalo, NY – July 6, 2017
Ingram Micro as a whole has a lot to offer an employee. The Cloud division is evolving and they continue to make role changes. Right now I do not see a lot of advancement happening, just changes to fill empty rolls with current employees. We are short staffed and the changes put additional work load on current employees.
free lunches, happy hours, great work peers and culture
management makes changes that do not make working conditions better

They are in major crisis mode. Management/Workers stand around and talk about the projects that need to be completed, but NO ONE actually gets the work done. If you need to ask a question no one knows the answer, and also gets irritated that you are asking questions. They seem too busy discussing their personal life to work. No wonder there are a lot of lay offs, and high turnover. Only work here if you are desperate. If you have options, DO NOT work here. They seem to hire people that aren't actually qualified for the position. Good Luck!!!

Director (Current Employee) – Irvine, CA – June 14, 2017
A nice looking place in a good location near the beach. I don't believe management is fully capable of fulfilling the vision they proclaim. Top down management style is off for a supposed "tech" company, no work from home either.
Coworkers are pleasant, most of the jobs are routine and dull corporate type roles. Internal conflicts and lack of performance create organizational stress.
There are much better places to spend your time.
Location, proximity to food, parking
Management, lack of vision, limited job growth, top-down style of leadership
