Make sure new supervisor and managers coming from outside of Ingram have excellent people skills. Some don't know how to approach employee right and have attitude rudely asking who they are and also if they have an issue with an employee from another department not to confront the employee but to talk to the supervisor or manager of that employee and not just because they work in that department they shouldn't be claim it and saying they don't need to talk to any. Also they are too stuck up or busy on their phones to say hi to anyone.
