How often do raises occur at Inland North Waste?
Great question! New employees may receive a performance review after 3 or 6 months of employment. If additional certifications or licenses were received at that time, a pay increase may happen. Most employees can expect an annual performance review based on their start date, at which time they complete a self-evaluation and review a performance evaluation with their supervisor. If performance objectives are being met and performance is satisfactory, we are excited to provide employees with pay raises at those annual review sessions.Asked February 5, 2019
