Finance Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Spokane, WA – March 17, 2016
Very professional atmosphere. All employees were friendly and always willing to help and explain things well. For being a small highway construction company they knew how to maintain a great surrounding to work in.
Micro managing, no support, top heavy with management, ridicule and negativity, cut throat environment, high stress, limited time off, always working short with highly complex patients, supervisors always in meetings
Great Health Care Company that still care about patients and employees
Administration (Current Employee) – Spokane, WA – April 18, 2015
INHS is a great company to work for. It all depends on your department however. I work in a department with a great manager who really cares about my success both as an employee but also in my 5-10 year career goals.
Relaxed work environment, great office space
Strong religious infusion from Providence Health Care
Executive Assistant to COO/CIO (Former Employee) – Spokane, WA – October 27, 2014
An excellent company to work for with dedicated employees all working toward a common goal; employees always helpful, professional and pleasant with a "can-do" attitude; the most enjoyable parts of my job were working with the employees in the company and given the ability and support to succeed. HR was excellent help and resource. Would have enjoyed more flexible working hours at times for personal, family endeavors but position didn't allow for that.
Benefits, excellent people to work with
Working hours could have been more flexible on occasion
Very supportive culture with great enthusiasm for the services provided to the community.
HR Intern (Former Employee) – Spokane, WA – July 17, 2012
A typical day of work consisted of answering emails, attending meetings, and working on individual projects as well as collaborating with co-workers on others. Management was very professional and friendly. Expectations for projects were communicated clearly. The most enjoyable part of the job was the great people I grew to appreciate and care for.
