In line is confused from the top to the bottom. I suffered heat stroke, yet the safety manager had no idea how to treat it. I would break up the cliques in their. They truly make you feel like an outsider.
Better raises for the hard workers. Quit hiring employees and people from halfway houses that just stand around doing nothing and get more people who actually want to work through the door. Show true appreciation for the ones who have been there for years.
