Be direct, have questions ready and read the hiring agreement throughly! Many people forget what they are agreeing to and just click accept and sign then complain later that they didn't know certain aspects like pay rate. Haves have the right to negotiate and many people don't use that right!
Get what you are promised in writing. During the phone interview they will make all kinds of promises but not follow through. You need to think for yourself on any difficulties that arise. Turnover here is very high
