Unqualified management which seems to be limited in their ability to communicate, no understanding (most likely just don’t care) of the cost of basic needs and how little their “so called” competitive wages are.

Yes, definitely standing for long hours without being able to sit. There are no chairs available to sit down in on purpose. The airport is filled with people on the go and the employee must appear ready to help at all times.
