Unrealistic productivity standards when managing multiple buildings, exhausting full-time staff running between buildings, PRN pool undependable, complaints of charges for drive time from management when driving over an hour to main facility.
Decent pay if you don't have to drive much. Excellent insurance
Management staff micromanages, tell you to run the business like it's your own, I would not stay in business if I run it as instructed.
