Horrible place to work. They will treat you like a dog and if you take off for an unexpected medical issues you will be told that your doctors excuse is of no concern to Inova

All they care about is making money. Management do not know what they are doing. They do not promote internal. HR IS NO HELP.
Worst place to work in. Do not ever apply here. BAD MANAGEMENT, NOT TRAINED, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY WITH INOVA NOT THE EMPOYEE.
Management! Constantly changing, they get little to no training or guidance.
Management often changes as well as each individual expectations

Busy unit with not enough nurses. We were forced to slim down our staffing every morning by sending nurses home and cancelling them for the shift. Every afternoon we had more patients being admitted and not enough nurses available to take care of the patients. I feared everyday that something bad would happen and I would be needed to defend my nursing liscense.
