Estimator (Current Employee) – Muskego, WI – March 30, 2018
This job was my first full time position after completion of my bachelors degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. My schedule was managed well through a veteran estimator who assigns projects to us. The job is fast-paced but the culture at Inpro is relaxed and feels like everyone is family. I enjoy working here, however with almost completing my masters degree in Construction Management (one class left), there is not much room for advancement to use my degree. Compensation started at 40k a year, and then we were transitioned into hourly pay which after a year I received a raise equal to about 4k a year, making $21.15/hour. I enjoy working with my fellow co-workers, and we are able to laugh and joke while still getting work done efficiently. I would highly recommend working here as a stepping stone job as a great experience builder.
free lunch every other week
lack of advancement available for higher educated employees
Extrusion Operator (Former Employee) – Muskego, WI – November 17, 2017
Great place to work, if you have someone else able to pay the bills. Pay is mediocre, but doesn't scale well at all. Benefits are pretty ridiculous but do not balance out the inactive pay scale. Management is amazing, very helpful, very respectful. I eventually left because getting onto the day shift is next to impossible with under 5 years invested, and i found a job that paid quite a bit more.
Free Lunches, Discounts galore, onsite daycare, lots of paid time off.
Low pay scale, lacks room for advancement. Difficult to get on 1st shift.
Information Technology Internship - Help Desk (Former Employee) – Muskego, WI – April 17, 2017
I was only an intern with this company for a short while but while i was there the two Network Administrators took me under their wing and taught me a lot not only about IT Help Desk, but how the different entities I was learning in school work as a whole unit.
I was able to work with the Network Administrator on building new PCs from the ground up with hardware and the necessary software using SCCM.
In addition, I was taught how a Help Desk operates from the end user perspective to the IT Department perspective through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Everything - people, atmosphere, benefits, growth and expansion
Doc control (Former Employee) – Muskego, WI – February 13, 2017
A typical day was to plan for half and the other half arose as we were service orientated Many programs self assurance became better at facilitating meetings with positive outcomes. Low Key but fast paced Never could finish everything in a day and that is just the way it was for some jobs vs Architecture where we had milestones to meet. People were nice Management was good at understanding priorities
Injection Mold Operator (Former Employee) – Muskego, WI – October 21, 2015
I worked 2nd shift in the injection molding department. I liked working here for the most part. My hours were 3:30pm-1:30am, Mon-Thu. Hours were great until I had my first child. I enjoyed my coworkers on my shift, but the lack of accountability on other shifts was very annoying at times. Pay wasn't the greatest, but benefits and perks were top notch. Overall a pretty good company to work for.
Great family functions, free dinners twice a month, great benefits.

Sales Coordinator (Former Employee) – Muskego, WI – August 5, 2013
InPro Corporation was a great company to work for. The overall corporate culture was professional yet had a very fun casual atmosphere. The company put its employees by having a great work/life balance, day care on site, great benefits, wellness programs and employee incentive programs. Management did a great job of keeping employees informed and involved in the company processes and procedures.
Free lunches on payday, tuition reimbursement, company Christmas party, summer family picnic, great benefits
lower pay because of great benefits, tuition reimbursement is only a portion, some great opportunities for advancement but not for everyone

Inside Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Muskego, WI – August 9, 2012
I was fortunate to have Inpro Corporation as my first job out of college because of the consistent training to better myself as a professional as well as an individual. I learned valuable skills resulting in a successful career of an Inside Sales Representative. Skills I benefited greatly from were time management, negotiation, prospecting, business development, and building customer relationships. I worked in a team environment as a dedicated product specialist assisting the outside sales representative in the success of territory sales and growth.
