Inserso is a good job to get experience but there is no upward advancement. The atmosphere is a little unstructured. The training is not consistent. While in training, you bounce around from one tech to another. There is no standard operating procedure. With that being said, everybody creates their Remedy tickets differently.
The good points about working there is that you learn a lot of troubleshooting techniques that can help you in your normal life or in the IT field.
All in all, once you get over the unstructured training, the job is really enjoyable.
