Business Development Specialist (Former Employee) –  Buffalo, NYJuly 13, 2018
If you are fresh out of school and looking to cut your teeth in the business development role, this is the place to get started.

Inside Sales Team is a medium sized start up that is constantly evolving.

Now for the brutal honesty...

You need to have GRIT. You will be making many calls on the day and you will have to expand your skill set to learn about a multitude of various companies as quickly as possible. The ping pong tables and the location by downtown is nice. Be advised there is a fair amount of turnover here which is typical for any sales position.
Pros
Ping Pong, central location, modernized company
Cons
Cubicle life, instability

Competitive yet relaxed workplace
Business Development Representative (Former Employee) –  Buffalo, NYJanuary 4, 2018
Inside Sales Team helped me get my foot in the door of the sales world. Everyone was pretty relaxed and easy-going, but there was also an underlying competitive feeling, which is necessary in a sales role.

Not what it is made out to be
Team Lead (Former Employee) –  Buffalo, NYNovember 13, 2017
The company makes promises it does not keep. They seem to be more interested in playing ping pong than paying their employees. Clients come and go very quickly.

Social Media and Digital Marketing Intern (Current Employee) –  Buffalo, NYApril 29, 2016
The general atmosphere is that everyone is replaceable. There is no strategy or direction in an attempt to create an open and creative workspace but it just ends up being confusing.
