InsideSource is a great company. Everyone works together and help each other out. Each office is pretty small so you get that tight knit family feel. The company is growing really fast so things are a bit chaotic, but everyone is there for each other. The CEO and Principals make it a point to know everyone and to establish a personal relationship with each employee.
Free lunch on Friday. Stocked fridge and kitchen. Yearly company events. Free health care

I will not say which dept. I worked under, but was there long enough to see the complete chaos. I worked here for over a year, and glad to have quit. This company has the highest turn over rate I have ever seen. Employees come and go and there is no stopping it. The Account Coordinators are inexperienced, constantly make a mess of everything. They screw up Purchase orders, leaving the Accounts Payable in total disarray. The Company has poor Management and no direction. If you want to work here, make sure you ask for a high salary because you will put up with a bunch of bull. The salesman have no clue what they are doing, and press heavily on everyone below them to get their work done.AP & AR have high turnover and ran by complete idiots. It's a wonder how this place stays in business when they can't pay the bills or collect money. The Facebook team has a high turnover because of the constant pressure.
