Lack of direction or any type of aim. Will tell you anything to get you to take the job and begin to ask for deliverables before you are even under contract. Will hire you for one thing and make you do another, with no compensation, explanation, or concern for your career objectives. Work is unevenly distributed and high performers end up with the heavy lifting, while slackers continue to do so blatantly and no one does anything to correct or remedy the situation. Senior Management is blind sided by senior staff who believe they know it all, so not sure why they even bother to hire new people if there is resistance for other type of complementing expertise. Main concern appears to be more with finding ways to prolong staying in business; not so much in offering lasting, comprehensive solutions.
Managers here are horrible. I worked here as a developer and was totally micromanaged by incompetent people. The best things were the coworkers who had already left or were planning to leave when i joined.
