Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI have been working for Insigma for over 6 months and during this time my payment was delayed for 2 weeks and they paid me after that and ever since then there is no delays so overall a nice and decent agency to work.

I’ve been working here for a some time and it’s a nice company. They give us a lot of flexibility and you can take on as much or as little as you like they are very flexible and very supportive of their staff.

Great environment to work
LPN (Former Employee) - Lawton, OK - June 23, 2022
Great travel company. Good recruiters. Pay is good. And includes the weekly pay, and other bonuses. I loved working assignment through Insigma. I felt that the company had my best interest in mind and I had resources if needed. A travel company you can trust.

Recruiters very attentive and quick to find positions. Each of them communicates and works efficiently to make the hiring process quick by getting necessary documents and testing done in a timely manner to start position.

The only thing that stands out is that I have to fight every week for my paycheck to be corrected
RN, BSN (Former Employee) - Philadelphia, PA - February 2, 2022
This company is the pits and I recommend you find another agency to work with. To be told on pay day to have patience you pay will be there when it gets there is a slap in the face. Who wants to be paid at 5pm on Friday.

Great agency to work with.
RN Emergency Department (Former Employee) - Philadelphia, PA - November 16, 2021
I have had a really good experience. My recruiter was great. This job is all about relationships with all of your support so if you have a good recruiter who is an advocate for you thing will go well.

Watch out
RN (Former Employee) - Fort Defiance, AZ - September 30, 2021
First, you are dealing with India. Second, they are so completely disorganized you will never make the deadline for the assignment you were hired for. Third, they will require approx 16 hours of orientation to be done and refuse to pay you for your work fourth, they will tell you they have submitted your packet and everything is done and complete. It's not true, they will come back the next day and want a second background check. fifth, they drag, and drag and drag. I've never heard of a background check taking more than 2 weeks to complete, and then asking for a second one. sixth, they have a concocted list of requirements for the job. they will spin you like a top to complete things, and then tell you it isn't required, because they don't have an accurate list. seventh, they will tell you how honest they are, and they reimburse for expenses, then they don't. Somehow they think after all of this you're supposed to believe you should pack up, move to a new job, and believe you are going to be paid properly. At the end of the day I could not expend any energy to enrich them, because it will obviously be at my expense.
