You fill out paperwork then got asked questions later
When being promoted within the company most of the interviews take a grand total of 25 minutes broken up between 3 phone interviews. Once you sign an offer letter they ship you off to "train" you. Training program is definitely lacking.
I didn't get interviewed by current manager but I my guess would be about an hour
