Treat and respect the "little people", the ones who actually have direct care and customer service with the patients! Realize people do not come back because of management or administration but because of the care and compassion they receive from the "workers"! Value your employees!!

The culture has changed a lot since the merger. It's about money first and foremost. Employees are not valued for their longevity or input.
