Program Management Professional (Current Employee) – Redmond, WA – March 18, 2019
There is a tremendous amount of potential with this organization, though the path to success isn't a very clear one. It seems there aren't enough resources available to execute on the lofty goals and aspirations that have been set forth. The culture here is nearly non-existent, as there are only 9-10 people in the office on any given day. There is a concern of relevance and career trajectory the longer one remains employed here. There is a great deal of freedom and work flexibility, and one must be a self-starter to function here.
Free Friday lunches, lots of autonomy, stock options
Concerns for longevity, execution plans are lacking
