Going Downhill due to other workers
Written by Personal Shopper (Current Employee) from Orlando, FL on September 17, 2018
Some people follow the rules and for this company most workers do not. If the company were confident enough to enforce these rules then the job would not be as competitive as it has become. Since the company will allow people to get away with the things then those who follow the rules are an obsolete workforce.
Prosflexible work hours and work areas
ConsNo healthcare, no job security, no help
