SHIFT LEAD in Chantilly, VA
on December 26, 2019
Instacart
This company has continually lowered our pay to the point that it no longer pays to work here. Quality bonuses and incentives are now being removed. What is next.
Lead Shopper in Birmingham, AL

As a contractor, your days maybe filled with waiting for an order. Sometimes the pay is not good depending on where you have to deliver and the amount of your delivery. Working in store is better because you know what you will make, but you become an employee. It's what you make, out of what you want. Determination will get there.
Full Time Shopper in Bay area California
on June 11, 2021
I started a year ago and it was great but the past few months have been very slow, no work to do even with a 5star rating. It’s great if you like grocery shopping like me and also have a steady job on the side because fixed income isn’t guaranteed on Instacart.
Shopper in Tampa, FL
on June 11, 2021
there is no advanceing in this line of work but the pay is good and very flexible hours. If your looking to make some extra money on the side Instacart is a great way to do it
Shopper in Knoxville, TN
on June 9, 2021
I recently started using Instacart as a side hustle. At first it was really busy, but over time, it has become over saturated with employees. There is never any work to be done. And if something pops up, it disappears very quickly. I would recommend the managers to get control of the amount of people they hire.
