Great work environment and professional staff

Good place to work if you are just starting.
Its nice working with a variety of children/youth at home or at schools. Most case managers are great, but some lack in communication which make it difficult to help a client.
A downside in working as a behavior therapist is there's always a possibility a client cancels and you have no work on that given - more ... day (no pay). Scheduling may find a fill-in opportunity but it is not always the case. - less
Prosprofessional supervisors, schedule flexibility
Consshort breaks, not enough hours or pay, driving far
