The company provides very good 403b (similar to 401k) match, up to 11%. Very good healthcare, dental, etc.
Formerly there was unlimited paid time off, but those policies were changed a few years ago due to abuse by some staff members.

Pay is competitive for mid level consulting in the DC area. Salaries tend to cluster around where you were hired, breaking out of that is very difficult. As you move up, you are not compensated for additional experience.
