Labor Issues
Instructor (Current Employee) –  New York, NYJuly 19, 2018
Currently there is an ongoing labor dispute between faculty and management, with the latter being uncooperative in achieving an agreement -Federal mediators have been brought in to seek a resolution. The atmosphere between faculty and management has been negatively impacted by this situation.
Cons
Management doesn't care about the faculty.

Upper management is disrespectful. Pay is low for the amount of work. Culture is toxic. Teachers and staff are great! Lots of free food to eat. Fun classes.

Adjunct Professor- Human Resources (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 5, 2018
The classes I taught were fun and exciting and I had plenty control on what and how I taught. I had support from the Dean on any outside of the box teaching and spent time learning about the rest of the schools activities in my down time.

Hard work but great fun and fulfilling
Instructor (Current Employee) –  New York, NYFebruary 16, 2018
If you find education and food fulfilling it's a wonderful place to work. The campus is spectacular. Right next to the World Trade Center and students and staff take great pride in being a part of ICE. Sadly a small but loud fraction the faculty are horribly jaded and hate the managers. But they have no idea how good they have it. The good news is that they don't let it affect the classes. Still, they should go somewhere else and let the rest of us enjoy a fabulous job in a unique and exciting environment.
Pros
Gorgeous campus. Great food. Get to teach.
Cons
A few cancerous faculty
