Not bad; decent place to work. Learned a decent amount while on the job. Management was good. Good work culture. Work was not hard and I enjoyed a lot of parts of the job

I disliked cleaning hotels. So much sweat and no pay. While working at The Halt house through Intec lunch is free. Cleaning up huge ballrooms is very hard work.

Toxic Management

Unfair work environment. Toxic management. Absolutely does not treat all employees fair. High turn over rate because anyone that believes in fairness and good managers will stay working there! IMO YOU have no rights as an employee. Can’t express your concerns in a professional way without being bullied.

Very Poor upper management

A lot of back stabbing an sneaking promoted someone that didn't deserve it at all. Promoted someone that smokes pot on breaks an leaves for hours an says that she was there

It's very fast paced and it's in state buildings but all the people down there are very friendly and outgoing people they are very supportive they ask us on a daily basis how we are doing just all round good work environment
