Once a year, but starting in April they will start giving out quaterly bonuses. However, they're standards for the bonus's are once again unrealistic. I think it should a be certain range a person should have to be within in order to get the bonus. Because forcing a certain number is just not realistic, especially in the claims department. Sometimes you get really time consuming hard claims, other times you get really easy claims. So it's not easy to hit one number every day.
Once a year I think, or if you get a promotion. I mean if you get a promotion and they don't up your pay, that's your fault if you let them do that to you.
