Owners and management. There is no thought about employees or anything except turning a profit at this company and they will do anything or step on anyone to get this.

Communication and transparency are key. Company objectives are not widely-known, and tend to make the decisions management makes seem arbitrary.

No support, no help from superiors, afraid for my job after watching others get fired without reason other than management had some beef with them. Day to day work was OK if I could be left alone to do my job but management made this difficult. I watch the way they treat their spouses (family owned business) and this helps me understand why they treat their employees so poorly. Just not good people.
