I recently had surgery while covered under Integrity benefits. The benefits covered so much more than I thought they would. With what little I was left to pay I was able to cover it with my HSA, which Integrity contributes to each month! As long as you go to the doctors that are covered under the insurance (lots of options) then the benefits are pretty good.
