Fast-paced work environment with supportive managers.
Picker (Former Employee) – Charleston, TN – February 4, 2015
The work as a picker is continual, and the goals one must achieve are difficult. Said goals can be accomplished, though, and the company sets associates up for success. The typical day will see associates walking upwards of 10 miles a day and loading carts with products of various weights. The hardest part of the job is keeping oneself working at full steam the entire shift, but the satisfaction of a hard day's work done is worth it.
