The answers usually don't have to be work related, personal experience is easier to draw from for most.

Make sure and give them something. think of anything that is appropriate because doing nothing to solve the situation is the only wrong answer - intel was founded by doers - my advice is to familiarize yourself and become skilled at constructive confrontation. its part of intel culture.

it's not as horrible as it sounds, its a great tool and if used properly its impossible to have hard feelings towards anyone.
