Starting around 8:30 - 9 AM.
Ordering lunch.

Working on current tasks until 12 - 12:30 PM.

The hours were 9 hour blocks, depending on the coverage as we had to monitor phones. 8-5 or 9-6 was generally the case. Once per week, you are required to work a late shift, in which case, your hours would range from 11AM-8PM. Time off had to be coordinated to ensure there was enough coverage on the phones. US holidays required at least one person present, though you would earn a day of PTO for volunteering.

You can start earlier or later, but not later than 10 - 10:30 AM.
You can leave earlier or later, but you should work at least 9 hours a day.

Very basic interview plus a math/markets knowledge test. Make sure you know the basics of how the marketa work .
