Front Office Receptionist (Current Employee) – Benton Harbor, MI – April 22, 2018
Intercare is a place that has a number of caring staff that tries their best to help and assist patients to the fullest. Greeters try to make all patients feel at ease once they enter our building, even through stressful moments. You must be computer saavy while working their, because of the upgrades that happens once or twice a year. Some of the staff can be a little challenging, but teamwork is the motto that many of the employees try to implement in their work day. They welcome all culture types, and they have very helpful security staff, that goes above and beyond their duty. You have to be able to keep up with the frequent pace of patient flow, and be thorough when completing tasks.
Former Dental Assistant (Former Employee) – Benton harbor, Michigan – March 8, 2018
Very competitive, full of drama and bs. Very unfair workplace. The pay is pathetic. Health insurance sucks. Better off to have Medicaid. Takes advantage of you, don't go the extra mile. You will not be recognized for it, only the bad. Management sucks, supervisor sucks. No raises. VERY stressful place. Just don't work here, you will regret it!

Licensed Practical Nurse (Former Employee) – Benton Harbor, MI – August 8, 2015
Typical day was usually swamped, patients were always late for their appointments if they showed up at all, too many injections given too children because they were behind in there immunizations. Coworkers were enjoyable except for Dr. Tynes.
Great place to work if you have no sense of self-worth
IT (Former Employee) – Bangor, MI – May 31, 2015
If you want to be treated like garbage then InterCare Community Health Network is the place for you! At InterCare you will be told that your opinions don't matter, any efforts you put in to try and improve anything will be either ignored or stolen from you by management, you will get the junkiest computer equipment to work with, and so much more. Management is willing to throw you under the bus to make themselves look better to the executives of the company, and those executives are fully aware that their subordinates do that and they don't care. You will be looked down upon, especially if you work at the administrative site where a majority of the managers spend their time pretending to work and making sure that they are still on the good side of the executives.
Bathrooms are usually clean, vision insurance is offered
