Intercept providers great training and learning opportunities, however, the management in my particular department went through a big change and the new management was inexperienced in a management position. They were micro-managers, which indicates a lack of confidence on their parts. Otherwise, I believe Intercept is a good company to work for if - more ... starting out in the field or looking to do something after retirement. The salary is low.. - less
