I milked my job experience for what it was worth.
I overall enjoyed working at Intercept Youth Services. I applied and was hired within 4 months of receiving my bachelors degree. I did have previous work experience, but as my first job out of college, it taught me a lot about working with a diverse set of coworkers (age, education and experience wise).
